Toby has occupied various roles in the nursery industry for more than 35 years.  Starting with digging B&B trees and shrubs in the early 70s, Toby pursued a degree in horticulture at Mount Hood Community College. He managed several wholesale nursery operations for 15 of those years, including Northwest Shade Trees and J Frank Schmidt's container tree operation. He later assumed the role of Marketing Director for Schmidts, and eventually became an independent sales rep for the Schmidt company and a few other quality Oregon growers.  Toby offers a wealth of knowledge and insight to his clients. Lance brings with him 15 years of experience in business management, manufacturing production, and avaition, in addition to horticulture. Lance graduated from the College of Business Management at George Fox University and began representing J Frank Schmidt & Son Co in 2005. He became a certified arborist in 2006, and became licensed as a landscape contractor in 2008.  His experience in business, and in working with people in a variety of settings is a unique attribute to maintaining valuable communication with clients.
